Shipping policy
Order ProcessingOrders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping ChargesWe offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹50 applies, collected at the time of delivery.
Shipping TimelinesWe currently ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during sale periods, festivals, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD)Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable pincodes across India, with an additional charge of ₹50 per order. COD availability is determined automatically at checkout based on your pincode.
Order TrackingOnce your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link. You can track your order status at any time using this link, or by visiting our Track Order page.
Delayed or Failed DeliveriesIf your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@lafruitiza.in or WhatsApp us +9184889 49490 with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner. In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will typically make [2–3] attempts before returning the order to us.
Incorrect AddressPlease ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at checkout. La Fruitiza is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Tampered PackagesIf your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery, or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Areas We Don't Currently ServiceWhile we aim to deliver pan-India, some remote or restricted pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is unserviceable, this will be indicated at checkout.
